Of Faithful Students and Fleet Authorities

Hello my little ponies I am here to explain about a few changes that have occurred on the forums.
One. Faithful students. the faithful students (names appear purple on the forum) are, for all intents and purposes, the forum moderators they help keep the forum active, and tidy.
Two. Fleet authorities. Fairly self explanatory these are the heads of fleet and each one holds sway over different parts of the fleet they are not forum moderators. These are your fleet bosses nuff said.
