The Hilbert Guide. A guide to PVP / PVE

This is not my guide. I found this by accident. It states its for PVP, but in STO. what works for PVP is killer in PVE. it gives build ideas that can be simply modified to almost any ship, build, ect. the Key point I bring this to all is hidden in the General Concepts section. In it is a way to help make your button pushing easier. By using a simple txt file, and loading it in the game. you can put several abilities to the space bar. I recommend all give it a read. it has certainly helped me out.
