World domination idea.(maybe)

Before we become an EQD legend or something, shouldn't we become legends in STO first?
Be the kings of our own territory before we take over the whole world.

It never hurts to dream big or plan ahead, but you have a point. Might there be a cunning strategy already in mind?

The usual rule the PVP arenas and youtube stuff and use the STO forums to our advantage

As a general rule I don't participate in PVP because I've always felt that cooperative play is more fulfilling. The times that I have participated I was surprised that the opposing ships could even move from all the added weight of egos whose mass rivaled the stars themselves. For those that do, or have an inclination to try, more power to ya. I'd even help hunt down equipment that they might need.

YouTube, eh? I've seen the dance party video. What else did you have in mind?

I regularly peruse the STO forums for news, opinions, and builds but I've never posted. Are you considering perhaps a recruitment thread in the Fleets forum followed by getting the name "out there" through general thread participation?

Although many bronies are in EQD much much more people are in youtube. so we put some videos of how fun the fleet is in youtube and hopefully we get peoople who play STO to join us. like an advert of some sort. although that's just an idea.

A good idea; effective and efficient. Do you have anything specific that you have envisioned? I have a small amount of experience in video editing from several tribute videos and AMVs I did back in college. If we wanted captures of members in-game, we'd need someone with Fraps or a similar program and, if I recall, the unpaid trial version of that only records for 30 seconds with a watermark.

We could maybe record our skype calls and film our chats and STFs. The fleet dance party was a good start too.
And we could group ourselves in a highly public place like DS9 or ESD and do random stuff together. People and bronies in STO and the whole fandom may notice us simultaneously.

You both missed the awesome dancer moves we had the other night. Vinyl, Scoots, Joamer, Luna, Myself, Derpy, and eventually other were dancing in near perfect sync with each other. At one point,we had quite the crowd watching us! It was great publicity. We had a blast, and wished that we could've recorded it...

I always seem to miss out on the dance parties.

I Got A Full Fraps On My Pc I Have Never Used It Fully Before Tough Youst Tested It on Skyrim Once For 3 Minutes. Took A Lot Of GB On My Pc
