Looks like the Elachi are the next lock box, probably coming at the end of the Summer event, given how Cryptic seems to want some special even always running these days.
Given how it seems to only be for the escort and battleship, I think I'll give this one a pass, since I don't like either of those ships. On the other hand, if we get some non-consumable drones in the box, I might be tempted.
