Conquer Club is based off the board game, Risk! Simple and easy to play. F2P and subscriptions available for $25 a year. There are a few bronies over there, but they are scarce... war games do tend to bring out the most macho of the male crowds. Several of the mods are bronies though, myself included. They have tournaments galore, clans- competitive and non, a massive library of maps, (not just the old world map from the original) and tons of different gameplay options.
