Saw this pop up on Steam the other day and its F2P up to a certain point with a few restrictions. It seems to have gotten quite a few good reviews and the scenery looks great. You can only get to level 20 though and that only gets you into 2 or 3 regions of like..5 regions.

Well if your LOTR fan, still give it a go. I looked into it about a month or so after it went F2P a long time ago, long before it went to Steam. Its looks fun but like I said, F2P experience is limited but they might have lightened up a bit and expanded it.
